23rd July 2025: Our consultants are preparing for the implementation of GTTE in Alpharetta, Buffalo Grove and Livermore, we are also assisting Computacenter with the testing of an integration between SAP and Prosys' existing CRP system in Alpharetta which is required for configuration services and we are helping to implement Inventory Management in Prosys' Bothell and Brownsburg facilities.

26th April 2025: Our consultants continue to assist Computacenter in defining the scope of their S4 implementation, in developing, testing and implementing integrations to carriers through GTTE and preparing their integration centre in Alpharetta to take on the Prosys business.

27th February 2025: Our consultants are involved in developing the next generation of Computacenter's systems with the aim of driving consistency across the business and creating opportunities to improve the operating model, processes and data model. We are also assisting Computacenter with their integration to QAD GTTE in the US and in preparing the business for their go-live of Prosys in Alpharetta, GA.

29th October 2024: Following the successful go-live in Buffalo Grove, our consultants are now assisting CC with defining the scope and vision of their S4 implementation project, documenting principles, value chains and processes with a view to challenging current ways of working and formulating a compelling business case.

17th May 2024: Our consultants have been at Business IT Source Inc. (BITS) in Buffalo Grove IL participating in Discovery workshops for Sales, Purchasing and Logistics Execution.

29th January 2024: Our consultants have been in Alpharetta, GA to participate in the go-live of Computacenter's east coast integration centre. We are also working on an EWM solution for Computacenter's integration centres in Europe.

17th July 2023: Following a decision by Computacenter to proceed with their SAP implementation in the US at a slower rate we have been asked to assist in setting up their East Coast distribution centre in Georgia. Our consultants are currently engaged in the requirements gathering phase.

21st October 2022: Our consultants have been in Atlanta, GA, participating in Discovery workshops for Sales and Purchasing. We are also providing services on an upgrade to EWM in the US.

1st March 2022: We have been successful in a bid to assist Computacenter with the amalgamation of their newly acquired US businesses into their existing ERP solution.

28th October 2021: Our consultants were heavily involved in the US ERP go-live in September, travelling to Livermore, CA to participate. We have also been providing assistance during the hypercare phase and returned to San Francisco to ensure prompt assistance where required. Our consultants have now returned to the UK and shall be attending discovery sessions to integrate the Pivot business into the existing US operations.

19th July 2021: Due to the ongoing difficulties with the pandemic the business go-live has been delayed again until the end of August. Our consultants are working on some new change requests regarding pack materials. We have also agreed to our consultant's having some involvement in discovery sessions for a planned amalgamation of two warehouses in Europe and assisting in a project to enable the use of the same material number in multiple countries/plants. Furthermore , we are talking to the client about our consultant's providing assistance on a new roll-out of SAP in Canada.

21st April 2021: The technical go-live for Computacenter US was successfully carried out with the help of our consultants on the 17th April. However, due to the pandemic the business go-live has been delayed until July. Our consultants are working on some new change requests, a final round of user acceptance testing and user training.

29th January 2021: Due to the pandemic the go-live date for Computacenter US has been delayed until May. Our consultants are working on system testing the final developments before UAT and are working on the migration and cutover plan.

16th October 2020: Our consultants continue to assist Computacenter with their implementation of SAP in the USA. Our plans to travel to Boston to support UAT are unlikely to come to fruition. However, we will be providing support remotely from the UK and/or Germany to ensure that testing runs as smoothly as possible in these uncertain times.

21st July 2020: Our consultants continue to assist Computacenter with their implementation of SAP in the USA. We are hoping to be able to travel to Boston in September to begin system testing.

22nd April 2020: Our consultants continue to assist Computacenter with their implementation of SAP in the USA. Obviously, with the current travel restrictions there is much utilisation of Teams and the telephone. This is not affecting the spirit and effectiveness of the team though and we continue to make good progress.

21st January 2020: Our consultants are in Boston, MA, participating in Discovery workshops for Sales and Purchasing.

1st December 2019: We have been successful in a bid to assist Computacenter with their ERP implementation in the United States.

9th November 2019: The ERP implementation in the Netherlands, including the webshop has been successfully concluded.

19th July 2019: We are involved in the design and realisation of the Computacenter NL student webshop.

1st May 2019: Our consultants are in the Netherlands running Discovery workshops for Computacenter in Sales and Purchasing.

1st February 2019: We have been successful with our bid to assist Computacenter with the implementation of SAP ECC in their subsidary in the Netherlands.

1st October 2018: We have been successful with our bid to assist Computacenter with their preparations for the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.

30th August 2018: Our consultants have implemented a series of enhancements to Computacenter's ERP system that will enable salespeople to provide customer's with accurate dates of delivery.

27th April 2018: Our consultants are assisting Computacenter to integrate their SAP ECC system and their IT Service Management portal.

21st January 2018: Our consultants are assisting Computacenter to enable UPS as a carrier in Germany. This includes the design of the shipping label and use of a web service for creating and tracking shipments.

20th October 2017: Our consultants continue to assist Computacenter with the re-engineering of their SAP SD and MM business processes and have also been requested to assist with the implementation of two integration projects which will allow major vendors to manage their assets controlled by Computacenter much more efficiently.

21st July 2017: Our consultants continue to assist Computacenter with the re-engineering of their SAP SD and MM business processes.

6th February 2017: Sunnydale Services have been engaged by Computacenter where our consultants will work with the internal development team, IS Subject Matter Experts and the third party external development partner to deliver changes to Computacenter's Group Commercial Operations SAP ECC6 (SD, MM, WM and FI) and bespoke Java/Oracle bases quote and order entry systems.

17th October 2016: The TPM implementation is now implemented in Indonesia, Korea and Malaysia and no major issues have been encountered. Our consultants remain at GSK until the month end has completed to ensure that the accrual calculations are correct and to support the Super Users during this time.

19th July 2016: Following the Market Preparation test our consultants are completing the build of template changes regarding Withholding Tax in Indonesia and are preparing for Day In the Life testing in Kuala Lumpur in August.

22nd April 2016: Following the exit of detailed design our consultants are now working on the realisation of the design.

15th January 2016: Following the requirement gathering workshops in Kuala Lumpur our consultants are now working on the detailed design for the changes needed in the TPM system.

15th October 2015: We have learnt today that we have been successful in our bid to be involved in an implementation of TPM in Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea and Taiwan.

21st July 2015: We are currently negotiating to join an exciting new project at Glaxo SmithKline. We expect to hear the result of this process by the end of August.

20th April 2015: We continue to assist GlaxoSmithKline with improving and enhancing their global TPM template and are also bidding to be involved in an implementation of TPM in Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea and Taiwan..

30th December 2014: We continue to assist GlaxoSmithKline with improving and enhancing their global TPM template.

30th September 2014: Following the turnaround of the UK, Irish and Turkish TPM implementation we have now been engaged to deliver a number of template improvements and enhancements.

30th June 2014: Following the go-live in Australia and New Zealand, GlaxoSmithKline have engaged us to turnaround the UK, Irish and Turkish implementation of TPM.

30th March 2014: Our consultants have recently been in Melbourne, Australia, assisting GlaxoSmithKline ANZ with market preparation testing for the forthcoming implementation of Trade Promotion Management.

30th November 2013: Our consultants are now engaged by GlaxoSmithKline to implement Trade Promotion Management in Australia and New Zealand

30th August 2013: Our consultants have helped GlaxoSmithKline to successfully implement Trade Promotion Management in Northern Europe.
